Coffee Machine using Nespresso pods. Smart TV. Apartment is located above ground floor garages with one flight of steps up (15 steps). Walking distance to food outlets and shops. Safe swimming beach across the road plus swimming pool at the back of the property (beach towels provided). Free BBQ and exercise machines on the Esplanade. The garage is normal single size. If your car is a really big size car and you will have problem to fit there are some spaces available near pool which is inside the security gates or there is plenty of parking on the street. It is free and generally safe. Guest access Swimming pool at the back of complex for day use only. Back of the building in proximity to the pool is a toilet with a key code (same as security gates). There is a water tap at the start of building plus another on the driveway. Please wash your feet if coming from sandy beach before coming to the apartment. Other things to note Apartment is located in a small complex with mostly permanent living. Please be mindful when in stairwell and keep your voices down. Quiet hours from 10pm until 6am - no loud music or party. The apartment is actually 2 bedroom/2 bathroom but during your stay the 2nd bed and bath will be locked to keep your cost down.
