As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License. Studio "Garden" comfortably sleeps 3 people and is perfect for couples or small families. It features A/C, TV, full bathroom, kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer, barbecue, huge terrace, garden and private access to the beach. Studio "Garden" is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils and beach beds/chairs. If you are traveling with a larger group or big family you can rent Studio "Garden" together with one or two of our other apartments within the same villa. Please check out postings for apartments "Breeze" and "Sunset". From our villa you can easily access the main road that goes along entire Montenegrin coast. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj and both of these towns offer charming old towns, shopping, restaurants, and night life. The position is perfect for daily trips to many attractions that Montenegro and surroundings have to offer. Long Beach and Ada Bojana are only 20 min. driving from our place. As a natural phenomenon a 13 km long, Long Beach offers kiteboarding and surfing with many other activities. Beautiful old towns of Budva, Kotor and Herceg Novi are about one hour away. Mountains such as Durmitor, Bjelasica or Lovcen and the lakes are about three hours away. A one day trip to charming Dubrovnik (Croatia) is highly recommended.
