Entire and equipped house

The property has 3 independent bedrooms with their bed and desk. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with everything you need for your stay. The living room is furnished with comfortable armchairs, a ceiling fan and a TV. Sunny veranda with beautiful views. The ground floor has been transformed into a large game room (table football, ping-pong, darts, petanque, badminton...). The space We have lived a good part of our lives in this place. We therefore had time to make the necessary adjustments to make it modern, comfortable and pleasant to live in. This large country house contains 3 bedrooms with 3 beds on the first floor. The living room opens onto the kitchen (fully equipped) and extends to the dining room. A large desk has been installed to create a "work" area. The bathroom has a double sink and a walk-in shower. The accommodation opens onto two sides or views. First there is the "farm side" (inactive today) with the old barns and a nursery below (can be visited if desired). The courtyard is quiet. We have installed sun loungers on a green area for your comfort. Then there is the "field side" with beautiful views of a hilly forest and agricultural complex. Guest access We remind you that sheets ARE NOT PROVIDED for single-night stays. A surcharge of 5 euros per bed used will be applied. You can of course come with your own sheets so as not to pay the supplement. From 3 nights, sheets and blankets will be provided free of charge for each bed used. Other things to note We take the utmost care to provide you with impeccable accommodation upon arrival, and we do not charge tenants a cleaning fee. We therefore count on you to keep it as it is and allow us to organize the transition with the following tenants in the best possible conditions. Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and check-out is in the morning at 10:30 a.m. Thank you for your understanding.
