Hope you understand the situation. *** This is a 1 bedroom unit, fully furnished with 54"x75" double bed, complete with fresh linens and bath towels for up to 3 guests. The whole unit is equipped with high speed wifi. NOTE: We DO NOT provide extra mattress by default if booking is for two guests only. PLEASE let us know if you need extra bed upon booking with additional fee of P350 for laundry. We cannot bring extra mattress when you checked in already. A futon can be provided for the third guest for free inside the bedroom with aircon, OR a sofa bed is provided for the third guest (no aircon at the living room, fan only). The living room is provided with 32" flat screen TV with cable, the living room does not have air conditioner, only fan is provided. The bathroom is inclusive of hot and cold shower, fresh towels, and basic toiletries like shampoo, bath soap, and tissue. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave oven, water kettle, and dining utensils. The building has 24 hour security. FAQs: 1. Can I have early check-in or late check-out? Our standard check-in is 3PM, and check-out is 11AM. If you want to check-in earlier, please message us first for availability BEFORE booking. 2. Do you provide parking space? We don't have parking space. However, there are a lot of parking areas near the condo. 3. Does the entire unit have air conditioner? Only the bedroom has air conditioner. 4. Do you have washing machine inside the unit? No, but there are laundromats nearby where they can pick up and delivery your laundry. 5. Can I drop my luggage at the lobby before check-in or after check-out? Reception does not allow storing your stuff at the lobby. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit during the stay, including amenities such as the gym and pool. Fee for access to pool is PHP 150 per person per day. Other things to note Our standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11AM. Please do not book our place if you really need to check-in earlier or check-out later. Early check-in and late check-out request depends on the availability. We do not have luggage drop off service. We don't have a parking space allocated for our guests. However, there are ample paying parking areas nearby. Also, please note that only the bedroom has an air conditioning unit. The living room does not have an air-conditioning unit, only a stand fan.
