The space The location of the house is unique - an isolated place that ensures complete privacy, and at the same time the availability of everything you could want. It is placed between the Old town (600 m) and the Golden Peninsula park (500 m) where you can find any type of beach you may desire. The nearest Mulini beach is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is spread over 100m2 and has 4 exits to 2 secluded terraces, both surrounded by nature which gives you the ultimate green experience. This house is ideal for a family or a group of friends as it comfortably accommodates 5 guests across three separate bedrooms. The hallway leads to a big open plan kitchen - dining room that spreads into a cozy living room with a magical stone fireplace. Designed by creative professionals this cosy home will give you modern vibes combined with rough stone, dark wood and a touch of unique artsy details. The house was renovated in 2019 and it’s equipped with anything you may need, including the most recent addition - 5 bikes that are perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. Guest access Access to the entire apartment, outdoor space, and parking place. Guests have 5 bikes included, baby seat, baby trolley and on request a baby cot. Guests are kindly requested to use the electric grill due to the risk of fire. Other things to note We are a family that owns the house for the last 20 years and have enjoyed its perks throughout the years. Since the house was occupied only a few weeks per year, recently, we’ve decided to share it. In 2019 we renovated it and joined the AirBnB community where we hope our house will provide a cozy retreat to other people, as it has for us. Toni is a botanist while Sanja is a free artist exploring the insides of her imagination through sculptures you can find around the house.
