Highly insulated, highly airtight (warm in winter, cool in summer) pure Japanese house This is a guest house that can accommodate up to 9 people. Privacy is emphasized because it is rented to one group per day. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. For stays of up to 3 people, only the first floor will be used. The space The guest house is located in the south of Kyoto City, and it is easy to go to Fushimi Inari, Heikoji, Nara, etc. About 10 minutes by train from Kyoto Station, 5 minutes on foot from Fushimi Station on the Kintetsu Kyoto Line. It is also accessible by bus from Kyoto Station, and it is about 15 minutes by taxi from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit. Shi-jo Station on the Karasuma subway line is about 15 minutes from Kintetsu Fushimi Station. Access to Osaka Umeda is also within an hour. From Fushimi Station to Kyoto Station is 10 minutes, and Kintetsu Kyoto Station is right in front of the Shinkansen ticket gate, so it is convenient to travel to other prefectures using the Shinkansen. Guest access The entire building is available for rent, except for the manager's room, but if there are less than 3 guests, only the first floor will be available. Other things to note The entrance to the guest house is a PIN code type and there is no key. At check-in, a staff member will be present at the reception desk to give you the PIN number. Please let us know your approximate arrival time as the staff is not always present. You can enter the room smoothly without waiting. Kyoto City has been imposing an accommodation tax since October 2018. Please pay 200 yen per person per night x the number of nights at check-in.
