The location is ideal for visiting our beautiful region: in the heart of the "golden triangle". You can discover Albi, an episcopal city, Gaillac, a city of wines and small producers, and Cordes sur Ciel, the medieval city that stretches to the sky, all within a fifteen-minute drive. Many bastides, very lively in summer, are nestled in the hollows of our department. Gastronomy and wine are at the heart of the concerns of the locals. The space The gîte is our grandmother's house. We renovated it to keep it as warm and welcoming as it was when we were little. We are sure she would have enjoyed its current comfort! You will enjoy the flambées by the fireplace or the sun loungers in the garden and the calm of the day as well as the night. Other things to note Electricity: In order to preserve the planet, the house is totally insulated and a reversible air heater is installed (the heat generated is 4 times greater than the electricity consumption). For responsible consumption, 8kw are offered per day but beyond the kw/h you will be charged 0.30 euros. (meter reading on arrival). Security deposit: Cheque payable to "Celine Galissier", to be delivered on the day of your arrival. Amount: €300. A photo of the torn check will be sent through the Airbnb platform if everything is in order after checkout. Cleaning and linen: 2 bath mats + 1 set towel/towel are always available in the accommodations. Cleaning and bed and bath linen are not included in the basic rental rate of the cottage. Bed linen rental is offered at €8 for bed Cleaning fee is €70. Tenants agree to make the properties ready for the following tenants if they do not take the cleaning fee.
