The territorial adobe home was designed to emulate those times and to support the production from the farm adjacent to the home. Thus, the kitchen has plenty of prep space for group cooking efforts. The rest of the home is spacious as well but yet cozy. The heating of home radiates from the floor in the winter and adobe buildings are famous for maintaining warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer due to the thermal mass of the adobes. The bathrooms are each unique in style, design, and function with the master bath having an oversized claw foot iron enameled tub and a bidet. The bedrooms have a queen and king size beds with comfortable mattresses to provide you the that needed rest. The home has ample space, work desks and high speed internet and backup WiFi perfect for that online meeting away from home while you enjoy the spectacular vistas and local produce. Guest access Guest will access the rental via property gates which will be open on the day of your arrival. The rental is located between Taos and Santa Fe, only 15 minutes grocery stores in the town of Española. Guest can access the Level 2 (240V, 60 Amp for quicker charging) Electric Vehicle charging available at the rental. Inquire at time of reservation about adapter needs. Also, rental does not permit events at the rental so number of guests visiting home must match the reservation guests.
