Just 30 minutes from Halifax and within walking distance to some of the most lovely beaches the region has to offer, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing coastal escape. The space This property has just been extensively renovated and is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and brand new appliances. A gorgeous, brand new kitchen and open-concept living space with a wood burning fireplace and antique piano make it the perfect place to gather with friends or loved ones. Our property can accommodate up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms. (Please ask about adding extra children to your booking). Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Double bed There is a very large, private outdoor space with mature trees and plenty of shade, a separate dining patio with bbq, a fire pit and a detached garage that has been turned into a games room (complete with a ping pong table and dart board!). Guest access We are located on a quiet, private lane off the St. Margaret's Bay Road, just minutes from the new Ingramport exit. There is plenty of parking available on the property. Other things to note Our private lane connects to Cleveland Beach Provincial Park. Here you'll find a lovely, 1.4km scenic walking trail around Cleveland Point that leads to the very popular Cleveland Beach. From this trail, you can also access a small, very calm private beach (a well-kept local secret!), perfect for swimming or launching a kayak or paddle board. Directly across the road, you'll be able to access Rails-To-Trails, one of the most scenic cycling trails in Nova Scotia. This trail is also used for hiking, walking, jogging, horseback riding, cross-country skiiing and ATVing. Registration Details STR2627D3906
