Come relax in this very comfy, cozy retreat, airy spacious loft in our large pool home; quiet, safe neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping and all area attractions. Perfect location. You can relax and enjoy just being in Florida in this large loft space. Note: spiral staircase (in photos) to access it. We provide tea, coffee and some fruit for snacks. Stays of 30 days or longer only please. This house is drug-free. We follow Airbnb’s sanitizing guidelines and allow 24 hours between guests. The space This is a lovely very open yet private space with lots of light. Loft overlooks nice living room plus view of crystal clear pool. Room for one in loft. For 30 nights or more only. We offer one small, cot-sized day bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, or a queen sized air mattress if you prefer. Please note: the house is drug free, smoke free and fragrance free. No smoking of any kind is permitted in or around the premises. No pets, including comfort animals, (we have people who stay here who have allergies), no drugs, no smoking of any kind in or around the house, no drama, and we are fragrance-free. More than 200 square feet of well-lit open space overlooking the living room with big windows and nice view of large swimming pool. Separate A/C unit for the loft. You can have your privacy or interact with us in the house if you like. Guest access You will have access to shared bath downstairs and free fast WiFi. Cable is not hooked up in the house. You can use living room as a space to relax or read. Laundry with very nice washer and dryer available. You have access to the just renovated pool, and newly resurfaced sunning deck/patio day or night. (it's lighted for nighttime dips). Also a mini fridge in the loft to keep your beverages cold. Limited access to kitchen with permission. During your stay Having lived here more than 25 years, we are happy to help answer any questions you may have. There are plenty of tourist magazines, maps, etc. to help you find your way around Clearwater, Dunedin and the Gulf Beaches. We also respect your privacy and will let you be quiet and alone if you like. We know the area well and love to show it off to our visitors. We are busy people and are frequently out so you will likely have the house to yourself some of the time. Note: there are other rooms we rent out so there are a few roommates who may be around from time to time. Other things to note The loft bed is a small one - slightly narrower than a twin - - like a day bed. It is very comfortable for a smaller person. However, if you want a larger (Queen) air mattress, we provide that as well. Maximum of one guest in loft. No pets, nor comfort animals (due to allergies), no drugs of any kind and no drama please. We provide coffee and tea and some fruit as snacks for our guests, plus clean fresh organic cotton linens and freshly-laundered fluffy cotton towels. We even give you some toiletries in the bathroom. The shower is filtered and very soothing after a long day at the beach. We will give you tips on local places to visit if you like. We've lived here for more than 25 years so we know the area well. Loads of great places to eat, walk, ride bikes and visit different beaches. Plenty of area attractions include Dunedin Blue Jays spring training and the Phillies; plus near the Clearwater Marine Science Center. Their special Winter and Hope Dolphin exhibit is very popular in Clearwater, only 20 minutes away. Area beaches include the famous Honeymoon Island State Park (voted 7th nicest beach in the world in 2017 by Dr. Beach) , Clearwater Beach (again in 2018 was voted the best beach town in the US by USA Today readers and Trip Advisor) and several other beaches all nearby. Also please note that this space is semi-open to the living room downstairs so it isn’t suitable for some types of work from home.
