The space Hello and welcome to Rüdenau, a small hospitable community in the Lower Franconian district of Miltenberg. We offer you the chance to spend an unforgettable time here. To relax, recover from an eventful day and unwind. Located in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by meadows, you will find our holiday home, which has been furnished with a lot of love. Easily accessible on the ground floor, you have a barrier-free, separate access to your 60 m² feel-good location. Take off your shoes, arrive and enjoy the natural warmth of the parquet flooring that we have laid for you throughout the apartment. First you come into the long hallway, where you can put down your everyday life at the wardrobe. A large historic table in this hallway can become your practical laptop World Wide Web hotspot or you can simply put your bag on it and enjoy your free time. With a few steps you will reach the fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining area. Treat yourself to a coffee or espresso from the existing Philips Senseo coffee maker, which we will provide with a basic set of 4 coffee and 2 espresso pads for you. Sufficient dishes and cooking utensils may make you want to cook together. In the bright daylight bathroom, which is pleasantly warm due to the underfloor heating, soap and hairdryer are also provided, so that the wellness day can start immediately. Enjoy the barrier-free large shower. Or you can take the stylish bathtub mat with pillows and relax with a full bath. Variety is guaranteed. The cozy spacious living room at the other end of the hallway invites you to linger and relax with the comfortable sofa with ottoman and sleeping function. Flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Browse through our small DVD selection of feature films... A large 200 x 200 cm double bed in the chandelier room will give you a good night's sleep and sweet dreams. Here we have prepared everything for you and the beds are freshly made. Your clothing can also be easily accommodated in the existing closet. During summer time, the garden furniture can be used in the sheltered courtyard. From your living room you can get there in two steps and can comfortably take a seat. For smokers, we have provided an ashtray here and thus created a pleasant opportunity outside the apartment for smoking in the immediate vicinity.
