If you want a coastal getaway but don't want the residential hustle and bustle of Batemans Bay, yet not comfortable in a bush setting then this fully self contained accommodation with private entrance is ideal. Each room is styled with personalised touches to create a home away from home 2mins to the Clyde River and the village of Nelligen and 10mins to Batemans Bay. The space Your accommodation includes a large and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning as well as a heater. French doors open onto the veranda and gardens. There is Foxtel (movie & sports channels) as well as a Blu-ray DVD player with a small DVD library for you to choose from and a Bluetooth speaker to pay your music. Internet access is free and mobile phone coverage is available in Nelligen if your carrier using the Telstra network, however there is reception from your veranda for other networks. The bedroom has reverse cycle air-conditioning and plenty of storage for your clothes and luggage so you don't have to live out of a suitcase. There are cosy Sheridan robes and towelling slippers waiting for you in the wardrobe. Sleep soundly on a very comfortable queen bed with an electric blanket for the colder nights, hotel quality linens, extra pillows and blankets. From the bedroom french doors open to the veranda and the garden. The bathroom is located opposite the bedroom. You have your choice of luxury toiletries and the walk-in shower is fitted with a grab rail for added safety. The separate toilet is located next to the bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, cook top with oven, Nespresso coffee machine with your choice of pods, kettle and toaster. The fridge will be stocked with breakfast goodies for your convenience. Dining can be enjoyed inside, on the veranda or at the table setting under cover after you cooked up a great BBQ meal or wood fired pizza. You have exclusive use of the laundry which has a washing machine, dryer and a clothes line at your back door. Guest access Enjoy the views from the veranda or wander all through the garden or the surrounding 15 acres. Other things to note INTERACTION WITH GUESTS. Although the unit is attached to the end of our residence it is fully self contained with your own private entry. You can be as secluded as you wish. THE GARDEN EXPERIENCE If you want to immerse yourself in the full garden experience then book the 'Garden Tutorial & Propagation Workshop' which is held onsite. The 3.5 hour course covers garden design, plant selection & care, and the seasonal garden. This is followed by high tea in the gardens before commencing the propagation workshop. Here you will learn about the different propagation methods and work with a selection of plants to try yourself. The workshop is $80pp. Registration Details PID-STRA-3445
