The space The open plan layout of the house flows seamlessly from inside living spaces to the outdoor setting exposed to extraordinary 180 degree views from Point Dume to The Santa Barbara Chanel Islands. Our home has been completely remodeled to the last detail inside and out and includes a Wolf gourmet kitchen layout with marble counters and a host of design icon furniture pieces. Guest access The entire house is open to our guests including the laundry. The additional contemporary sheds may be used upon request for an additional fee as well as the Bambi Airstream which is parked on the property. The home is located on a flag lot which shares the driveway access to the side of the house. Other things to note The BBQ and wooden Hottub are there to be used by our guests. Please note that the Hottub has an automatic warming and cleaning cycle that runs twice a day. Also the sprinkler system is automatically set at dawn and runs for approximately 10 minutes.
