The space 🏡 A warm and independent chalet This 70 m²★ 4-star wooden chalet offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay. It comfortably accommodates 4 adults, with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, as well as a bright living area with equipped kitchen and dining area. ✨ The advantages of the chalet: Private ✅ garden of 350 m², with shaded terrace, garden furniture and barbecue Private 5 m x 2 m✅ pool, perfect for cooling off (secured by an enclosure, unheated, accessible from May to September) ✅ Proximity to the horses of the estate, for a full immersion in nature ✅ A relaxing setting, with some neighbors but without direct neighbors opposite Independent ✅ accommodation with private parking 🌊 Ideally located between land and sea, this cottage allows you to enjoy both the Vendée countryside and the coastline. After a day at the beach or an excursion to the islands, relax by your private pool or share a friendly meal on the terrace. щ️ Important Things to note: 📌 Mezzanines: The chalet has two closed mezzanines, accessible only for bookings of 5 people (1 mezzanine accessible) or 6 people (2 mezzanines accessible). They each offer an extra bed (mattress on the floor) and are suitable for teenagers because of their access via a steep staircase. 📌 Linen available upon request (no later than 7 days before check-in) and for an additional fee: Bed linen: €15/single bed – €30/double bed Toilet linen: €10/person 📌 A deposit of €600 (not cashed) is requested via Swikly before the keys are handed over. 📌 Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome (2 maximum). A supplement of €10/night and per animal is applied. Guest access 🐴 Horseback riding: Guests can discover the property's stables and enjoy the presence of horses, whether out of curiosity or passion. Horse owners are welcome and can come with their horse to use the facilities. 💆‍♂️ Relaxation area: Outside the summer season, a wellness area is available, including a SPA heated to 35°C and an infrared sauna, for an additional fee and by reservation. 🚴‍♂️ Bike: Direct access to bike paths, ideal for exploring the local area by bike.
