Quiet escape in the middle of the city

Welcome to sunny Phoenix, AZ! There is lots to do and explore and my place is in the middle of it all. The home is well lit with plenty of windows (and plants). Walking distance to a few main grocery stores as well as a 2 minute car ride to Walmart and many restaurants. It is a quick ride to 3 major highways and situated close to downtown and the airport. If there is anything I can do to make your stay more pleasant let me know. The space You’ll be sharing the unit with myself. You have your own private bathroom and a lockable space. Kitchen and living space is shared. I work from home a few days a week in which I usually sit at the desk in the main room. Guest access Full condo access as well as a lock to ensure their property is safe. Master bedroom is not eligible for access. If driving, there is gated parking for the safety of your car overnight. (Not a covered space) During your stay I work during the day and am usually around in the evening. My job requires limited distractions and therefore I cannot always answer quickly. Texting is most appropriate for a quicker response throughout the day. All phone calls and messages will be answered as quick as possible but only outside my work hours can I deal with them. Other things to note There are roosters/hens from nearby houses. You may find them wandering around the area from time to time.
