The space Cozy 2 BR apartment in a small historic building with only 2 other tenants. Great sit-in kitchen, full size fridge, granite counters and dishwasher. Petite balcony off of bathroom with small table and 2 chairs. Perfect for picnics! Beautiful plaster interiors with coved ceilings, slate floors, solid wood accents and great tile in the bath. A home away from home! There are 2 bedrooms: One with fireplace and king luxury bed, and one tiny bedroom with wrap around windows and a SMALL full-sized bed. Max capacity is 4 people. The floorplan drawing (with photos) shows how the apartment is laid out: 2 bedrooms with small closets, 1 spa tub bathroom w/balcony, and an eat-in kitchen. There is no separate living or dining room. A nightly pet fee of $45.00 per pet will be accessed. The only pet allowed is a dog and maximum number of dogs allowed is 2.... It's a quick 5-15 minute walk to more than 50 downtown restaurants, shops and 2 dozen wine tasting rooms. Summer evenings in Napa are cool, so it's a beautiful walk into town for dinner. Guest access We do not live there, so there are no personal items in it. Other things to note We are a Non-Smoking Property.... No open flames Candles... We have a Quiet time in the house of 10:00 PM. Napa is a great small town, a bit like Mayberry, RFD (the old Andy Griffith TV show). Locals walk the streets at night, and there is some car traffic, but it's not super busy or loud (though you will hear cars drive by, occasionally, because this is downtown).
