Newly renovated old town house in an absolute top location! The Casa nucleo b+k is centrally located, yet quiet. There is a courtyard and garden. The 3 individual rooms on the 2nd floor are newly renovated. A kitchen is at your disposal on the first floor. You can prepare breakfast or a snack yourself whenever you want. Coffee, milk, sugar and tea are included. The space Room 3 is the small but nice south-facing room with a double bed (160 cm). It is very bright and has a private shower/toilet. There is also a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. Instead of street noise, you will hear the birds chirping in the morning. Guest access The 1st floor and the kitchen/lounge on the ground floor are available for guests only. The kitchen is well furnished, it has everything you need. It is shared by all guests of the 3 rooms. During the store opening hours, the kitchen is also accessible to the tenant of the store (in the front part of the first floor towards the alley) (as a passage to their depot). In addition, the natural garden and the charming courtyard may be used: By the way, there is also space for your bike and an outlet for the e-bike. During your stay I live on the 2nd floor of the house and will be happy to welcome you personally. If I am not there, I will organize the key handover, am reachable by phone or will give you a contact person. Other things to note There are more rooms in the CASA NUCLEO: look for Room 1 and Room 2.
