Check-out must take place by 10:30 a.m., leaving the room key on the desk. Guest access The kitchen of the Guesthouse is available to guests for the preparation of small meals and is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other hot drinks, gas stoves and tables. There is a free Wi-Fi system, the source of which is located in the lobby, with the code hanging on the bulletin board in the kitchen. The small, well-kept garden is perfect for breakfast in the morning or for moments of relaxation during the day, with a good tea or a cool drink in summer. The setting is delightful, especially in spring, with the flowering of lemons and jasmine, or in September, when it is possible to pick the sweet Pizzutella grapes, grown with love and in an absolutely organic way. Smoking is only allowed in the garden. During your stay In our Guesthouse there is no reception, but we are committed to always being available to ensure an excellent stay for our guests. It is important to let us know your expected arrival time as soon as possible in order to better organize the reception. Check-in is scheduled between 3:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with the possibility of agreeing on different times if necessary. Check-out is in the morning of departure between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., and it will be sufficient to leave the room key on the desk. Although we do not have a luggage storage room, we are always ready to find a solution to meet your needs. Other things to note The kitchen of the Guesthouse is available to guests for the preparation of small meals, with the request to leave it in order for other guests after use. Each guest has a private fridge to store whatever they want. Check-in is scheduled between 3:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with the possibility of agreeing on different times. The accommodation tax is €2 per person per night, applicable only for the first 5 nights. Luggage storage is not available, but we are ready to find an alternative solution.
