Entrance to the apartment lobby is via a keypad and there is a key safe for the apartment itself. The large bedroom has a super king bed, wardrobe, vanity unit and chest of drawers. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is well equipped (books, games, 2x fridges with freezer space, dishwasher, two ovens and grill, microwave, toaster and gas hob) and provides access to the outside balcony with seating for two people. There is a large smart TV and super fast broadband. Towels and bed linen are provided along with a welcome pack of tea/coffee, milk and other essentials. The bathroom includes a large bath and wet room. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and bath soak are provided. There is underfloor heating throughout. Guest access Access to the ground floor apartment is via shared rear and front communal entrance lobbies. There is full access from the rear for mobility scooters and wheelchairs . There are no stairs inside the apartment. There is a walk-in shower with a small threshold.
