This getaway is 2.5 miles away from Dominion Race Track & I-95. A very convenient area for sightseeing historical battlefields, downtown Fredericksburg, & shopping. Richmond is 46 miles away, & 66 miles away from our Nation's Capital. The stay is in the basement of our home and you’ll have your own access. The space This space gives you a private entrance, a bedroom, pullout couch, and kitchenette. Feel free to take a walk on the trails in the backyard/woods. We welcome families because we know staying in hotels with little ones isn't always easy. Guest access You'll have access to the finished part of the basement (800sqft). Your own entrance. The space has a mini fridge and microwave. Other things to note Keep in mind that there is a family that lives in the house. You may hear the preschooler running around or you may even hear us playing a serious game of hide-and-seek. We also may need to enter the basement area to get an area guests won’t have access to.
