From here, through an independent entrance, you enter the characteristic staircase that is the real common thread of the entire structure. On the first floor, there is a wonderful multipurpose room that is characterized by the characteristic barrel vault with lunette; from the room, equipped with a wonderful window, you can access the period balcony, all in Lecce stone, and a small cooking area equipped with every comfort. This room, which is the heart of the entire tower, is finely furnished to ensure life during the daytime hours and can be transformed, if necessary, into a wonderful independent bedroom equipped with a wall-mounted double bed; according to your needs, you can use the very comfortable double sofa bed, transforming the room into a splendid quadruple bedroom. The room is enriched by a wonderful white porcelain pellet stove with a large glass to enjoy the flame and heat on cold winter days. On the same level, there is a very large bathroom with a large shower. Continuing up the stairs, on the upper floor, you enter a very comfortable double bedroom, this time with the characteristic star vaults of the period… a real treat. Continuing further up, passing by a corner bar with a second dedicated refrigerator and additional coffee machine, you finally reach the beautiful exclusive solarium furnished with everything you need to make your stay pleasant, especially on summer evenings; even during the day you can enjoy the wonderful Salento sun, away from prying eyes and enlivened by a lovely hanging garden. The property includes the adjacent garage, which can only be used by motorcycles that, upon request, can be made available to you. The entire structure, built entirely with the characteristic Lecce stone, is unchanged in its original appearance so much so that, on the tympanum of the balcony and window, you can still find the original engravings in Latin from the ancient convent. As mentioned above, our guests will have the entire property at their exclusive disposal, suitable for comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults. These are environments particularly suitable for hosting families, couples or business travelers. It is absolutely not suitable for accommodating people with walking difficulties due to the characteristic stairs that do not allow the installation of suitable equipment to remove architectural barriers.
