The Love Shack is a private, self contained lodge located on our lifestyle block in the Mangaroa Valley. 5 mins walk up a winding dirt path (gumboots needed if wet), path is lit by solar lights at night, you can’t miss the little lodge looking out over spectacular rural views. Located near the best parks & reserves, yet only 7 mins from Upper Hutt. Gaze out over the country vista in your beautiful, comfy cosy haven, away from it all or get in amongst the delights of the awesome Hutt Valley! The space The Love shack is modern but super cosy, fully furnished /self-contained with all the comfort you need for a get away. The little free standing wood burner cranks out the heat and beautiful lighting makes the evenings so pretty or just stare out through the deck at the clear starry nights. The Love Shack has a Queen bed & fully functional kitchenette with: Fridge / Toaster / Jug / Hot plate for frying pan & pot / Small toaster oven / crockery & cutlery and coffee machine. Our chooks provide farm fresh eggs for your breakfast Other things to note You will need a reasonable level of mobility to climb up and down the dirt track that leads to the Love Shack. It can also be slippery if wet and therefore gumboots / sturdy shoes are recommended. Once there though you won't want to leave!
