Beach front holiday house

This is a cute house with big views only 200m from the Fisherman's Landing kiosk, boat ramp & swimming net. Enjoy the sunrise, sea breeze and the sound of the ocean from every bedroom & living area in the house. Bring your boat, fishing gear or just a good book! The house has been modernised internally including a new fully contained kitchen. We are animal people and we understand that pets are important, so this is a pet friendly house. The backyard is fenced but not escape-proof! The space Fully contained kitchen including electric hotplate, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, large fridge and front loader washing machine. A 2nd fridge in the carport can be switched on if needed. The 2 bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned with ceiling fans also throughout the house. All living areas are screened. The house can sleep 4: 1 x queen bed + 2 x singles. Linen and towels are supplied but if you’re happy to BYO we’ll remove the cleaning fee. Free Wifi, TV & a selection of board and card games. The internet is NBN FTTC running at around 20Mbps with unlimited usage, we use it for working remote without issues. The Telstra mobile coverage is good, and there's a gassed up BBQ on the decking. 1 basic bathroom with a body wash/soap dispenser in shower, and a separate toilet. A cot and highchair are in the house but please let us know if you need them and we'll get them out of storage. Guest access The whole property is accessible excluding the rear shed. Other things to note There's limited local grocery shopping so we suggest all shopping is done leaving Townsville (North Shore is a 30 min drive). Basic supplies are available at the Rollingstone corner store or BP service station. There are external security cameras around the house. The fish and chip shop 200m up towards the boat ramp is open again and worth a visit!
