WIFI & Smart TV included The space Welcome to Sunsets on Clarence, a comfortable and peaceful home located opposite the Iluka Marina. The marina is Iluka-Yamba ferry wharf and also the location of a Japanese restaurant, bait & tackle store and sunset bar. Sit back and relax with river views and stunning sunsets from the large balcony. Our location is ideal with a short walk to the shops, bakery, cafes and the river walk that leads to the pub & Fish Co-op. Bundjalung National Park rainforest walks and beautiful beaches are short cycle or drive away. The home has two ground floor bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two long single beds that can be moved together to make a king (on request). Other features of the house include: - Telstra Wifi internet connection with smart TV - Open space with natural light and high ceilings. - Polished concrete floors and rugs. - Ceiling fans in the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. - Designer kitchen with electric oven, gas stove top, dishwasher. A good selection of pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery provided. - Weber BBQ (please clean after use). - Herb garden - washing machine (dryers are available at caravan park) - DVD player with a large selection of movies to watch. - Outdoor hot and cold shower for those after surf/swim wash downs. - Fully fenced back yard with 6ft fences & clothes line. - Room for two cars and boat to park off the road. - Linen is provided but please bring your own beach & dog towels. Please note: The home is great space for four people or less. Please note there is an additional charge if you require a third and/or fourth person staying to cover the extra linen, cleaning & utilities used. - DOGS: You are welcome to bring your dog (2 maximum & no cats) but they must be kept off all furniture and beds and be clean and up to date with their flea treatment. Please bring your dog(s) bedding & towels. Dog(s) must be supervised at all times to prevent excessive barking, digging holes, scratching doors/screens, chewing furniture, inside urinating etc. You are welcome to use the outdoor shower or hose to wash your dog after beach fun. Please don't use the inside bathroom to do this. We provide a spade & scoop to assist you collecting and disposing of your dogs droppings. - No smoking indoors. If you do smoke please do so in the back yard or in the Park across the road. Responsibly dispose of the butts. - Strictly no parties or functions including school leavers/hens & bucks nights.
