The Smurf Shack- linen/retro/outside living

Positioned in a sleepy beach cul de sac you will find 'The Smurf Shack' - This is a complete property and not a Bach on someone's back section. A perfect escape back to those sepia memories of yesteryear. Consists of 2 bedrooms inside, a sleep-out, boardwalk, covered outside lounge (with lighting and heater), alfresco dining deck with Weber BBQ and outside games, a garage w fridge, outside tiki bar, all on a large fully fenced section perfect for kids and the dog. The space The Bach is petite in size but big in character. Funky decor, fully double glazed in the Bach, insulated in walls and a new heatpump/aircon. Is was important to us that the bach still has an authentic kiwiana bach feeling while having all the modern conveniences that we need these days. There is wifi and a smart TV meaning you can stay connected and work remotely as required. The Bach includes a Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a bunk bed in the second bedroom with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a sleepout at the back of the garden with a small deck, double bed and heater. Fresh linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided for all guests. Fully fenced for children and dog (please ask first, (no cats allowed) and the outside entertaining area and garden is very private and a great place to work or unwind. Kids? There is a porter cot, high chair and even a pram in the garage which has a double attachment if carrying a baby and a toddler. There are also some bikes for the kids and beach toys and beach towels. Guest access Guests enjoy use of the whole property (minus the Caravan) which is currently being renovated. Other things to note The booking covers 4 guests. I.e 2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults. Any additional adults are $40p/n. If your family has more than 2 children we will waive any additional charges but please put the correct amount of children in the booking and we will correct it at our end.
