The open plan design ensures everyone’s together no matter whether you’re dining or relaxing. The living room is just the place to curl up on the sofa for a movie night with comfy seating and a large Smart TV. For the days not spent at the beach, there are plenty of books & board games to keep you busy. But when the sun is shining there’s no doubt about it; the sweeping deck is the spot to be. Perched up high, you’ll be overlooking the John Nicholl Reserve, which is home to many native birds and features a BMX track & playground. Downstairs, there is a second living area with another TV, which means there will be no arguments over the remote. The second and third bedrooms are also downstairs; each serviced by the full bathroom on this level. The back garden makes for another tranquil spot. Bring your fave book or magazine and you’ll be set for a few hours. The trees provide a few shady patch and being fully fenced, it’s great for the kids to explore. Each of the main spaces and bedrooms has a split system which means you’ll be warm in winter and cool in summer; meaning Chloe’s Place is perfect for your winter winery discovery or summer sea escape. If you’re visiting for the latter, Aldinga Beach is just a short 3-minute walk or 2-minute drive away.
