Welcome to our holiday home. The house with 3 bedrooms, living room, winter garden and idyllic garden is located in beautiful Vienna. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are cozy with box spring beds. Next to the house there is a large playground for children and a swimming lake. Quickly in the center and still in the countryside. Ideal for tourists, business travelers, families with children and groups of up to 10 people. The space The ground floor and the first floor of the house are at your sole disposal. On the ground floor there is the large living room with dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The light-flooded winter garden is connected to the living room. You will be happy to have breakfast here. On the 1st floor there are two further bedrooms with access to the balcony. In the garden there is a lounge terrace, which invites you to relax, and a barbecue terrace. Depending on the season, you can harvest herbs, raspberries or strawberries in the garden. Guest access The house is located in a quiet residential area. You don't hear the noise of the car when you sleep. There is parking space for one car directly on the property of the house. Street parking is chargeable. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, as is the bus station. Other things to note A great adventure playground for children is a 2-minute walk from the house. In 15 minutes you can reach the Hirschstetten bathing lake. Depending on the weather, you can take a long walk around the lake, there are plenty of opportunities for children to play. Or you just pack your bathing suit and take a swim in the lake. The Hirschstetten flower gardens are also nearby. The garden of the house has been redesigned and is very beautiful. There is a lounge terrace in the garden. The closest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.
