Welcome home :) The space The apartment is situated in a wonderful, quiet and safe neighborhood exactly above the marina, so you will have a fantastic view to the sea. It's strategically connected with the center and all the places you want to visit ; you are exactly in the middle of the city, but having a great sea view! the closest beach distants 2 real minutes walking and the port where all the nightlife is, 4 min. There are plenty of caffeterias and bakery houses near and everything else, is very easy accessible too. Also, if you have a car, there are plenty of free parking spots outside so you can park very easily, without a problem. The apartment is new and modern, with air-condition system, big TV , PC, and double windows (so it's quiet) and all the facilities you will need, at your disposal. Guest access As for the apartment, please feel free to feel like your home! You can use the little "kitchen" area for preparing breakfast, snacks or coffee/tea; the electric iron and the hair dryer or anything else you want. If you have other needs, just ask me. But please respect the neighbors and try to be quiet after 24:00. Also please respect the rules of cleanliness of the apartment. Sorry, No Parties :( Other things to note You are on holidays.
