The Stable Cottage is a delightful one bedroom cottage overlooking The Brede Valley to Winchelsea and the sea. Set on a working arable and sheep farm. Adjacent to the Woolroom Cottage and a term time only Nursery. Guests can enjoy lots of walks on the farm, plentiful bird life, including barn owls. The property is close to the historic town of Rye, Camber sands beach, Winchelsea beach, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle. The space The cottage has an open plan living area, TV and DVD player, electric radiators, and fully equipped kitchen. Wifi, King size bed and the bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead. There is room to park two cars, and a fenced garden with patio table and chairs and sun loungers. Guest access 10 minute walk to the Plough Pub. 45 minute walk to Rye. 20 minute walk to Winchelsea station. Plenty of parking spaces in Rye. Other things to note We allow well behaved pets. Children may use the Nursery play area after 3.30 in the afternoon or at weekends.
