Located just 1.2km from the heart of Toronto, and overlooking the sparkling lake, take advantage of this fabulous location! Minutes from the waters edge, sailing, swimming, boating & fishing are right at your doorstep. Or leave the car at home and wander down to restaurants, cafes, clubs & pubs. The space Fully renovated, this house has panoramic lake and sunset views. It consists of three airy bedrooms each with a queen bed, two and a half bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances for all your dining needs. The living areas each open onto outdoor balconies where you can BBQ, relax with a cold drink, coffee or just enjoy the lake breezes! Cards, games and books are available for those quiet moments. We provide quality fresh linens, fluffy towels, guest toiletries and a breakfast pack to get you started. The house is air conditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Wifi is available as well as off street parking. Guest access You have access to the entire house including a double garage. The house does include stairs. Other things to note We do have a NON-PARTY POLICY at Lake Daze. This is the perfect place to visit with family or friends if you want to chill and relax, it is NOT the place to party. Should misconduct occur we will ask that you leave without refund of the bond or remaining accommodation moneys. We want you to have the best time at the house but we cannot forget our beautiful neighbours who live here permanently and generally like an early night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Swimming in the lake It’s safe for you to swim in the lake, the best place being the Toronto Baths near the rotunda. Toilet and change facilities are available right next to the café. Boats There is room to park a boat in the driveway. Numerous boat ramps are available in the area and we are happy to provide location directions if you need them. Walking and Bike Trails Should you wish to explore, there are many leafy tracks and peaceful walking trails in the area, both around the lake and in bushland reserves. Ask us for directions!
