It's available for long and shortstay. The owner lives in the same building in his own appartment and does not use the same facilities but is open to discuss to move out for an extra price. Please feel free to ask for possibilities thru a direct message. The space Welcome to the Juliana villa! If you are looking to stay with your family you might have found the perfect spot. Eindhoven is perfectly located to be the base for a trip in the Netherlands or even Europe. The villa is located right in the city centre but the highway is only 5 minutes away. You can reach the airport withing 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. The trainstation is 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car. And you can park for free in our garden! About the villa The villa is 100+ years old and has a special history. It contains all the facilities you need to stay a long weekend or maybe a longstay holliday or maybe for work. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are 4 beds and you can choose to separate the masterbedroom. The modern bathroom is located on the same floor and has a big bath, floor heating and a nice shower. On the groundfloor you will find the kitchen with all the modern needs including a Delonghi coffeebeans machine. You can choose have dinner in the cozy kitchen or in the big diningroom (see pictures) The livingroom has a spacious couch and comes with a smart tv with a youtube premium account so no commercials ;) In the garden you can chill and have a bbq.
