If you are looking for a special and spacious place to stay with your family, friends or collueges you might have found the perfect spot! The villa is located right in the city centre and the highway is only 5 minutes away. You can reach the airport within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. The trainstation is 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car. There is a private parking spot behind the house. A grocery and the Philips Stadium is only 400 meters away. About the villa The villa is 100+ years old and has a warm and cozy character. It's decorated with a lot of care and green and it contains all the facilities you need for a long or shortstay trip or holliday. On the groundfloor you will find a modern and fully equiped cozy kitchen with a Delonghi coffee machine for fresh beans (included!) The livingroom has a big couch, tv with multy media and a youtube premium account. The large diningroom is a fantastic spot to have dinner together with a large group. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and their modern bathrooms are located within 2 meters. The bedroom on the second floor comes with private bathroom and airconditioning and it's possible to split the beds. On the groundfloor you will find a modern and fully equiped cozy kitchen with a Delonghi coffee machine for fresh beans (included!) In the greeny garden is a perfect spot to chill and make a bbq. If you want to storage bikes you can make use of the shelter. I'll ask a bail of 200€ for using the included bike.
