Old sheepfold, 3* furnished tourist accommodation, surrounded by nature

The countryside is very close to the city. In an old renovated farmhouse, this sheepfold (entrance and building independent of our personal home) was restored in 2003 and classified as 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" in 2022. Northern Burgundy as well as Southern Burgundy are easily accessible. Dijon is 15 km away as well as the first village of the wine coast, Marsannay-la-Côte. Varied and charming routes lead to Beaune in 40 minutes. But the Ouche Valley and Auxois also deserve many visits. The space Located in the heart of nature, the cottage is not cut off from the world: - A 38 exit 4 km away. - Dijon Prenois Circuit 10 minutes away. - SNCF train station in the village. - All shops and services 4 Km away (Intermarché food, bakery, press, all health services) ... and 20 minutes to reach Dijon. Guest access You will access the cottage by a gravel path independent of our home; the entrance is on the gable; a dozen steps lead you to the accommodation and a laundry room is downstairs. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask that you leave the rental as clean as it was when you arrived. Cleaning option available: €40.00. Cottage classified to accommodate 4 people maximum in equivalent comfort conditions: no additional guests. The 2 bedrooms are independent, not adjoining.
