Separate from the main house, this spacious apartment is open, airy, bright and comfortably furnished - constructed for easy access by limited mobility persons needing a stair free entry. The kitchenette with sink, microwave, toaster, mini-frig and dishes will enable you to fix a quick meal and keep refreshments handy throughout your stay. The large master bath features a barrier free shower and plenty of cupboard space to stow your toiletries. Upon arrival, you'll find fresh fruit, breakfast bars, bottled water, a selection of juice, tea and coffee. Guests have access to the full apartment in complete privacy, as well as a small adjoining outdoor deck with table and chairs. Although a laundry facility is not part of this rental, your hosts (when available) can accommodate your laundry needs for a modest courtesy fee of $10. per wash load. There is also a nearby laundromat. (For stays longer than two days, guests will be notified of intermittent mid-stay cleaning of the apartment.) On and Off street parking is available. Also nearby - Trammel Fossil Park hosts scientists from around the globe to explore exposed layers of fossils and study the geological history of the region. We are a mere 10 minutes from Kings Island Amusement Park, The VOA - Voice of America Museum as well as EnterTRAINment Junction - one of the largest indoor displays of model trains in the US. Nearby restaurants, pubs, cinemas, performance theaters, comedy clubs, fitness facilities, shopping centers and more await you - all within an easy car or Uber/Lyft ride. In addition, downtown Cincinnati is just 20-30 minutes south, putting you in easy reach of stadiums, museums, zoo, and historic landmarks such as Fountain Square - the heart of the river city. The immediate neighborhood is bike/jogger friendly, and the nearby public parks have trails and marked mile posts to measure your distance. Also, nearby town of Loveland invites bikers, joggers and casual strollers to enjoy hundreds of miles of bike trails plus stops for refreshments in the friendly village.
