On the northwest tip of the island, atop the secluded Santithani estate located between the villages of Nathon and Meanem, sits our Enchanted Hills villa. Close in distance but worlds apart from the hustle and bustle of Samui’s ring road and entertainment hot spots. The estate itself is among the island’s most picturesque, up the hills from one of the most sheltered and least developed beaches on the island. You can drive to the beach in just five minutes. You can even walk down. Just don’t plan on returning on foot unless you’re training for a marathon. The beach has a handful of beachfront restaurants and SPAs and is a short boat ride to nearby islands of Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, and Angthong National Marine Park. Our village houses nearly a hundred custom villas and a diverse multinational community. A Thai-German restaurant with nice food and views is located within our community and can be reached on foot. While the village has an eclectic character, the estate itself is professionally managed and guarded by a Thai British property management firm, which also offers wide range of services, such as car rentals, child care, chefs, massages, pre-arrival grocery shopping, among others. Just a 25-minute drive from the Samui International Airport, you can take a taxi to our villa for around baht 750 (around $20). Although distances are short to many destinations, renting a car is strongly recommended for ease of mobility and given the mountainous terrain of the estate. Our house manager can assist with car rental and have it delivered to the villa (starting rate of baht 1,200 and up). Alternatively, vehicles can be rented from major car companies such as Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc at the Samui airport.
