B&B Lavinaio, a cozy villa

CIR19087005C106775 Our property is a two-level apartment with modern furnishings and new, designer amenities, a semi-detached villa in a new and residential area of Aci Sant'Antonio, a few kilometers from the Acireale tollbooth. From here, you can easily reach any paradise in Sicily without getting lost. We will be happy to welcome you and give you information about the typical features of our wonderful Sicilian land. The space The villa is located 6 km from the Acireale highway exit, 40 minutes from Etna, in a strategic position to reach all the most renowned locations on the East Coast (Catania, Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Acitrezza, etc.). On the second floor, you will find a double room, also for single use, a triple and a quadruple in which (it is possible to add a bed), and a bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet and bidet, balconies for each room. On the first floor, you will find the full kitchen with balcony with chairs and table to be able to consume your meals outside, living room, garden. The parking space is in a small parking lot adjacent to the outside of the property. The area is served by a supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and a small village church. Guest access Guests can use the shared rooms of the house, the entrances are under video surveillance for greater security for everyone. Washing machine and dryer on request at the price of €15.00. The kitchen on the first floor is for the exclusive use of guests, including the refrigerator. Other things to note B&B RULES Please contact the property to inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.; if possible, we will be happy to postpone it. Cancellation during the stay does not give rise to any refund. The breakfast of the B&B Lavinaio offers an Italian breakfast, (croissants, plum cake, typically Sicilian Tomarchio cake, Italian coffee, fruit juice, milk and water) therefore sweet. If you would like a savory international breakfast, please let us know when booking. We will find in the apartment, American coffee, tea, eggs, bacon, cooked and raw ham, bread in boxes, butter and fruit. International breakfast is not included in the price and costs €10 per person. The B&B is required to register its Guests and send a copy of the registration to the Police Department (data processed in the obligations of Law No. 675 of 12/31/1996); for this purpose, all Guests will be required to present a valid identity document. For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to allow strangers and unregistered persons to enter the property. So, organizing parties, inviting friends and relatives, or casual acquaintances. We ask guests to respect the quiet hours established in our municipality from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. The common areas are video-monitored, in compliance with the principles, rules and obligations set forth in the General Provision of April 28, 2010 of the Privacy Guarantor. Room cleaning is carried out every 3 days from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or on request at the same times, (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), except for exceptional requests from the customer or the owner, extraordinary cleaning has an extra cost of 15.00 euros. In addition to the room keys, the customer will have the keys to enter the pedestrian gate to the B&B; in case of loss of one or the other, a penalty of €50 is provided. Please make sure that the entrance door of the facility is well closed both in and out, without slamming it. The introduction and/or use in the facility and in the rooms of dangerous objects, gas cans, flammable liquids, electric stoves, irons, open flame appliances, etc. is strictly prohibited. There is no washing machine in the apartment. If you want to use the laundry service, you can have it on request the night before at a cost of €15 per 9kg of linen, and it includes drying in the dryer. We are not responsible for the garments and we do not accept delicate garments. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and in all common areas (Art. 51 Law no. 3 of January 16, 3). There are large covered outdoor spaces that allow you to smoke comfortably seated with ashtrays. Please do not move furniture, beds or furnishings in the rooms or common areas, nor interfere with or manipulate cables and electrical devices. To avoid unnecessary consumption, we invite you to make sure when you leave the room that you have closed the taps, turned off the lights and air conditioning. For proper use of the air conditioning, please close windows and balconies during its operation. Use the dishwasher at full load, and do not turn on all the appliances together (dishwasher, oven, microwave and hoods) otherwise the meter will trip and if we are not at home you will not be able to reset it. The water is not drinkable throughout the property. The Wi-Fi Internet connection is free, and you will find the passwords in each room. If necessary, we will be happy to provide them to you by message. Pets are welcome but must be communicated at the time of booking, even very small animals. The Management reserves the right to ask its Guests for compensation for any damage and/or loss caused to the property in a malicious and/or negligent manner. At the beginning of the stay, you tacitly accept this regulation. Failure to comply with the same will result in immediate removal from the facility, without any right to reimbursement, and with the charge of the entire amount of the stay, as well as the costs for the restoration of the damage caused to people or things housed in the building.
