Tidy master bedroom located downstairs from the main house. It has its own entrance, private bathroom ensuite, and outdoor seating area to enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Close to all amenities with a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to New World supermarket, park, railway, and bus stop. Quick and easy access to the motorway. Please note the location on the map below. We are approximately a 10-minute drive to Upper Hutt and a 30-minute drive to Wellington. The space The room is located downstairs (we live upstairs). - 1 x double bed - 1 x single bed in a side room with door - Ensuite bathroom with towels - Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, microwave, plates, glasses, cutlery. There is no kitchen sink, but a wash basin is available. - Tea and coffee facilities - TV & free wi-fi - Separate access - Internal door has a lock Guest access Airbnb room and laundry. Other things to note We are a family of four and live upstairs. The Airbnb room is downstairs, and you will experience normal house sounds, the natural creaking of floorboards, and footsteps above. The room isn't perfect, hence the lower price in the area. There are outdoor steps without railings that lead down to the Airbnb room. Please be careful walking down these, as they can be slippery when wet. If you have concerns walking down these, please don't hesitate to contact us, as we have internal stairs you can use. Dash, our cat, freely roams the property. He might come and greet you and likes a pat on the head, but be careful, he does scratch and bite. We do not provide breakfast.
