A Loft Apartment 3 with pool in Denpasar

My place is a complex of 16-unit apartments + 1 unit of 2br house, in the heart of West Denpasar, but still easy to reach touristic areas (+- 20 mins to Kerobokan), equipped with swimming pool & garden. As car parking space is LIMITED, failure to inform us in advance will require you to park off-site if the space is full, with all associated costs and liabilities borne by the guests. Pls read all the information & the additional house rules. The space You'll have the entire place of private (1 and a half floor) apartment (Total dimension: +-33m2): - 1st floor: living room, working/dining table, mini kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe - 2nd floor is bedroom + TV, and 1 air conditioner (1pk). Pls note: - My place is surrounded with local residential, laundromat, small shops and small restaurants (warungs), a bit further by vehicle (min. 5 minutes), on the big street: fast foods, restaurants, standard café, gym, hospital/clinics, etc. The area is very local and lacks the hype of Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud or those bustling tourist hotspots built for tourists. - The photos in the listings are the combination of some rooms. You MAY GET DIFFERENT ROOM NUMBER & FLOOR than what is listed since I have to optimize and keep rearranging the booking calendar due to direct rsv and booking alterations/modifications. All the rooms have the same lay out and general facilities (a bit difference on color and furniture). - Daily rental: including electricity. No breakfast. Cleaning 1x every 2 days. No shampoo-soap. - Long term stay (weekly & monthly): electricity is not included (self-managed, using prepaid system). No breakfast. No shampoo – soap. - Cleaning service (weekly & monthly) 2x per week, bed sheet & towels to be replaced 1x a week, duvet to be replaced 1x a month. - No Cleaning service after 14.00 during weekdays. No cleaning on National holidays (Christmas, Galungan and Nyepi/Silent Day, Idul Fitri, etc) and Sunday. - In the room, we provide small electric stove and simple utensils for simple cooking (the cook that doesn't produce thick smoke and splashing oil). - We provide shared kitchen in the garden for heavy cooking, pls clean it up after usages. - We do not have 24 hrs receptionist, therefore pls always update us your ETA, especially for midnight arrival, so I can organize the staff’s readiness. - My place isn’t a coworking space with dedicated high-capacity internet. Instead, we offer Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 300 Mbps to share with other guests. However, keep in mind that network stability depends on various factors: how many users, the building structure, and FUP (Fair Usage Policy) & network condition from ISP. So, while we strive for a reliable connection, occasional fluctuations might occur. - Pls do not lean on the stair’s rail in the room. The rail is not installed into the structure, it is only for a decoration as the barrier sign. - No Party and pls keep your noise down, especially at/after 10pm for everyone’s conveniences. - Normal day in Bali/Denpasar: bugs (mosquitos and ants, pls prepare yourself with the repellent. You just need to use antibug spray or you can ask us to help you. Pls note that we can't eliminate the bugs 100%, they can always find their way to come back), vehicles, animal noises (gecko/tokek, birds, dogs and cats), religion activities, etc. Other things to note We require from the tenant: - copy of ID and visa ( for foreigners) for District Authority reporting. There's a possibility for long term guests to make a temporary residence card in Banjar Buana Indah and payment (tba). - to sign the contract (for long term staying, min. 2 weeks), regarding, such as: no over contract to 3rd party, no illegal activities against Indonesian Laws (prostitution, drugs, dangerous materials & weapons, invalid ID and visa, endangered animals, etc), room is not for commercial business/office/warehouse, etc
