Privacy preserved thanks to a huge plot of land around the property: garden arranged around a splendid centuries-old walnut tree with garden furniture, hammocks and sun loungers With about 300 m² of living space, the house has 6 bedrooms, ideal for 12-13 adults + 3-4 children: one bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the garden (1 double bed with toilet and sink in suite, one bedroom on the intermediate floor (1 double bed and 1 child bed), 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor (2 double beds, 3 single beds) and 1 on the mezzanine (access by ladder, 1 double bed). In total in the house there are 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bathtub), 3 toilets, central oil heating. Also available: 1 baby bed with bars, 1 umbrella bed, 1 high chair + children's games. On the ground floor: very nice living room – dining room with magnificent antique table for 10 people, 2 leather sofas, smart LCD TV, huge bay windows overlooking a stone terrace, large modern kitchen with glass floor to see the river flow under the house, fully equipped (table for 6 people, dishwasher, combined oven with rotating heat & grill, microwave, large American fridge 2 doors, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, robot, etc.) On the mezzanine: office and games room. Attached to the house is a large covered outbuilding of about 100 m² with trampoline and ping pong table. The house is located in a small hamlet with a beautiful playground (tennis court, bowling alley, zip line, wooden games) and 4 km from Noyers, a city classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France" with many shops (bakery, restaurants and 2 supermarkets open every day). - Unlimited Wi-Fi. - at your disposal: large heated Jacuzzi for 8-10 people, private access to the river with 1 kayak & 1 boat, 1 ping pong table, 1 huge trampoline, 1 charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, large telescopic umbrella, access to the free tennis court, etc. In high season (July and August, Christmas), we prefer to rent for a minimum of 6 days.
