Set amongst open pasture land and a short drive to the white sands of Culburra Beach and Jervis Bay, this picturesque charming homestead is surrounded by open fields with not a neighbour in sight. The peace and privacy that this location offers is exceptional, as is the convenience of nearby surf beaches, wineries and restaurants. This is a circa early 1900s property on approx one acre of lawns and mature trees. There is an abundance of space to play and relax on the lawns. The space Relax in the cozy lounge with slow combustion fire and built in pizza oven. Sip tea or drink wine on the large veranda whilst admiring distant views of the regions stunning mountain ranges. In the evening sit back and enjoy a stunning starlit sky from the open lawns, whilst roasting marshmallows around a large fire pit. The property has 4 bedrooms with simple white furnishings. Three bedrooms have Queen beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a large open kitchen and dining space, with gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, pots and pans and crockery/cutlery/glasses for 8 people. The outdoor verandah has a large table and 8 chairs , together with some lounge style chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views. The bathroom is spacious and has a double sink, shower and toilet. There is also a small laundry with a washing machine. Guest access Most of the property is accessible except for the garage. There are also a couple of small sheds on the property that are also locked as they contain tools and gardening equipment Other things to note This is a rural property and as such you may occasionally have some local wildlife join you on the lawns or verandah. This may include bandicoots, lizards and frogs. The property is strictly no smoking inside. Additional professional cleaning fees and replacement costs for linen, furnishings and curtains will apply if it is found that guests have smoked inside. My property is surrounded by open fields. There are dairy farms nearby and sometimes there are cows in the adjacent fields. There is a small creek that runs adjacent to the rear and side of the property through the fields. Please be mindful that children could access this creek if unsupervised.
