My apartment is very cosy and warmly decorated. The room I am renting out is fully furnished ( real double bed, laundry hanger, closet, shelves, desk and chair, iron and iron board). The flat opens up onto a garden - great area also where smokers can enjoy their cigarettes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils ( refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, kettle, cooker, cookware utilities etc. ).
