Private house in the quiet village of Beit Herut, Walking distance to the beach, mall, and public swimming pool. 210 SqM on a 1000 SqM garden. Our house is located just 10 minutes walk from Beit Yanai Beach, Israel's highest rated beach with no-cost access and beach services. Our village has a large communal swimming pool 200m from the house (extra charge) The entire house, garden, parking, orchard. While we are usually away when we let the house, we do have close family nearby which is able to help if the need arises. We are always available by phone and whatsapp and most of the time we are but a short drive away. Beit Herut is a small (pop: 800) village across the main road from Tel Aviv to Haifa from the Mediterranean beach. it is about 25 minutes drive from Tel Aviv, 10 minutes from Netanya and Hadera. The popular M-Haderech mall close by has restaurants, shops, supermarket and coffee shops. There are also the Bitan Aharon shopping center close by and several others. Food can also be ordered in, if you like, from several places near by. The house is not far from the main highway and bus station (10 minutes walk) with buses to Tel Aviv, Haifa and Netanya. A car is not required but can come in handy. We are 10 minutes walk from Beit Yanai beach, one of the best in Israel; 7 minutes walk from "M Haderech Mall" with restaurants, shops, pharmacy and a large Supermarket.
