Refrigerator Induction Cooker Multi-cooker Electric Kettle Kitchen and Dining Utensils TOILETRIES & ESSENTIALS We provide the following during your stay Shampoo Liquid Bath Soap Liquid Hand Soap Dish Washing Liquid Toilet Paper BOOKING CONFIRMATION Upon complete payment and booking confirmation, guests are required, as part of the building entry requirement, to provide through email, an electronic copy of passport or any government or company issued identification card. Building Security team may refuse entry to guests who failed to provide such requirement. CHECK-IN Check-in Time is 2:00PM REGISTRATION – Upon check-in, every guest will be required to register and present one valid ID/Passport for verification, to the front desk or the guard on duty at the lobby. ASSISTANCE – Our Guest Engagement Assistant (GEA) will be around to assist you from 2:00PM to 4:00PM. LATE CHECK-IN – Please inform us ahead if your check-in time is later than 4:00PM so we can arrange for your front desk registration at the lobby. DOOR ACCESS – You will receive the door access code via SMS and email. It is mandatory that you provide us your mobile number that you bring with you during your stay with us. Your code will become active by 2:00PM of your check-in date. NEVER share the code to anyone who is not part of the registered guests. CHECK-OUT Check-out Time is 12:00PM Our GEA will be around to assist you by 12:00PM. EARLY CHECK-OUT – If you decide to check-out before 12:00PM, please inform our GEA ahead via SMS or the front desk at the lobby. DOOR ACCESS – Your door access code will expire by 12:00PM of your check-out date. FOOD & DINING Our kitchen is complete with cooking utensils and dining wares if you decide to prepare some quick home-made meals. There are convenient stores and bakery that are open 24 hours at the Ground Level. SHEETS & BEDDINGS We provide towels and beddings in various colors and designs. Yours may vary in color, pattern or design compared to what is shown in our photos. LAUNDRY Laundry Shop is available at the Ground Level for a fee. SWIMMING POOL Want to take a dip? Swimming pool is available at the Ground Level. • Operating Hours o Tuesday to Sunday: 6:00AM – 9:30PM o Monday: Closed for Maintenance • Guests are required to abide with pool safety rules and etiquette • Contact our GEA for reservation and rates AIRPORT PICK-UP & DROP-OFF We offer tourist transport service to pick you up at the airport on your arrival date and drop you off at the airport on your departure date.
