Historic & cozy horse farm, 75 mi. wooded trails

Although part of the inn, this is a separate apartment with it's own kitchen and entrance on a historic (1730) working horse farm. Grace Note Farm Inn abuts a state forest, is close to a lake and other family-friendly activities. The views, location, the outdoor space, privacy and the ambiance are spectacular The apt is suited for extended families, a couple, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Stalls are available for your horse(s) and there is a large dog pen. The space All furnishings reflect historic colonial period. The original farm house was built in 1730. All spaces have modern heating and electric, plumbing and windows. If you are 2 couples, I have an additional bedrooms for rent as the apartment as listed does not accommodate more than one couple. All guests sign a contract with arrival/departure times and list occupants. People renting the apt can not have overnight guests , should limit day visitors, and keep wet towels off the antiques. hould limit day visitors. Guest access The apartment has it's own private entrance. There are walking, horse and bike trails all around. There is a large riding ring on the property. Pets can not be left unattended inside or out and are not permitted on beds or furniture. No parties or drugs and smoke only in designated area. During your stay Owner lives on property and is available for questions or concerns. Quiet after 10PM gets everyone ready for the next day. Dogs are welcomed but are not allowed on the beds. Charge $40 per day. No parties, no unregistered guests. Maximum number of guests in the "apartment" is four. Farmstay available for families with chldren ages 2-10. call owner. Other things to note Guests need to communicate with the owner if they have any special needs, ie. a pet, have plans to___, if you need more space, etc. The more I know about who is coming and what your plans are the more helpful I can be. There are extra charges involved if you plan a meeting, gathering of any kind- this includes wedding party pre-wedding needs. This is a working horse farm and the safety of all is primary.
