Hop loft, rural barn conversion, hot tub + pool

Within a converted stone granary barn at Fox Valley Cottages, Hop is an upstairs apartment with outstanding views of the beautiful Cornish countryside. It sleeps up to five across 2 bedrooms. Hop has an open plan, cosy lounge & dining area. A kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all the essentials. Plus bathroom with washbasin, w/c & bath with shower over. Pod style coffee machine available on request. Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults as the top bunk is only suitable for children. The space Fox Valley Cottages is nestled in 7 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside near to the historic fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. On site there are 9 apartments/cottages which have been converted, that were once Lanlawren Manor, each cottage has its own character, with exposed beams, open fires and all the comforts of home. Hop now has a gate on the walkway to keep the kids & dogs safe on those warm sunny days when you want to keep the front door open. For our four legged friends we have a dedicated dog field. We have an indoor swimming pool plus hot tub & sauna (£1 for 25 minutes). Games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey & football tables (use is free of charge). The above areas are for shared use of all guests staying at Fox Valley Cottages. Our apartments state a maximum number of occupants, they are geared around families ie the second bedrooms have bunk beds, the maximum number of occupants is not designed to be filled with adults. Guest access We have plenty of parking on site. We are a rural setting and are accessed via country lanes. Other things to note Guests have sole use of the cottage. Each of our 9 cottages & apartments have their own garden table, chairs & BBQ. Swimming pool opening hours- Monday 1pm-9pm (closed am for deep clean) Tuesday 8am-9pm Wednesday 8am-9pm Thursday 8am-9pm Friday 8am-9pm Saturday 8am-9pm Sunday 9am-9pm The swimming pool & hot tub are free of charge but there is a small charge for the sauna (£1 for 25 minutes heat). The games room is shared between all guests. It has a pool table & table tennis table plus football & air hockey tables, all are free to play. There is giant connect 4 & giant Jenga plus other outside games. We have a recently updated children's play area with basket swing, inground trampoline, climbing frame with slide & firepole plus swing bars. We have books & games to borrow in the guest laundry, please ensure they are returned. There are 2 Washing machines (£1 for 1.5 hours) & a tumble dryer (£1 for 1 hour) plus washing lines & each cottage has a clothes airer. Our apartments & cottages state a maximum number of occupants, they are geared around families ie the second bedrooms have bunk beds & a guest bed, the maximum number of occupants is not designed to be filled with adults, Hop will sleep a maximum of 4 adults as the top bunk is only suitable for children. Up to 2 dogs are welcome in each of our cottages & apartments. We have an enclosed dog exercise field, warm outside shower & unlimited dog towels plus items to borrow such as bowls, dog crates, stairgates etc. Dogs must be kept on a lead unless in the dog field. Unfortunately, our insurance does not allow banned/dangerous dogs on site.
