Central Brighton, Trinket Box Heritage Cottages

This pair of adjacent bijou terraced cottages are found down a twitten in central Brighton. If you want to stay in a quirky, 16th century property, be in the heart of Brighton and only minutes from the seafront then this is the place for you! Happily nestled amidst the South Lanes with its old pubs, independent boutiques, jewellery quarter and not forgetting our award winning restaurants, our character-full holiday let is perfect for families & friends. The space Our two cottages are in a gem of a location, amongst the best bars, shops and restaurants, while the seafront attractions and beach are less than a minute stroll. It's the perfect spot for people who want to be in the centre of the action, including the city’s vibrant night life and culture. There are two small living rooms, (with a double sofa bed in each cottage) rather than one large communal area and a very small back patio at the back of the two houses with a connecting door. Up the narrow winding stairs of each takes you to 3 unique bedrooms (6 bedroom total) and happily accommodates 12 guests with an extra couple on the sofa beds if you want a squeeze! They are professional lets, so fully fire and safety certified with dedicated housekeeper, linen and towels supplied. Guest access The two properties are yours for the duration with a back door that can be opened between the two yards. Other things to note Due to the age (and charm) of the property, all rooms are small and the doorways and staircases are unusually steep and narrow. Regrettably, no disabled access. Whilst you will enjoy the attractions surrounding the cottage, its worth noting that in the summer weekends it WILL be noisy with revellers in the lane at night. With this in mind we supply earplugs. BUT there are residents in this area so please be mindful of neighbours, especially between 11pm - 8am If a security company is called to you regarding noise, this fee (£100/visit) will be deducted from your security deposit Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, suitable for making lights snacks and breakfasts. There is a twin hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and under counter fridge. Note: no conventional oven or grill. We provide tea, coffee & sugar : )
