Very close to cafes, restaurants, parks and playgrounds. A short drive or walk to the beach or Leven river and Wharf Precinct. Easy 20 minute drive to Spirit of Tasmania and 30 minutes to Devonport airport. Tourist day trips from Ulverstone could include Stanley to the north west and Cradle Mountain highlands! The space LUXURY BED AND BREAKFAST OFFERS TRADITIONAL STYLE Bed and Breakfast ACCOMMODATION.... You will be staying in guest rooms in the host’s home. Breakfast is served in the dining room each morning at a time that suits you. The guest rooms can accomodate a) a single guest, b) a couple, c) a family, d) friends travelling together. The property is my home, I live on the premises. I DO NOT PROVIDE A KITCHEN FOR GUEST MEAL PREPARATION although guests are welcome to help themselves to tea, coffee and a homemade biscuit at anytime. Nearby restaurants and cafes offer many great options for eating out. There is just one shared guest bathroom. When you make a booking, whether you are a single person, a couple, a family or friends travelling together, please be assured that your booking will be the only one accepted for the duration of your stay. Only one booking at a time is accepted, therefore the one guest bathroom is yours. LUXURY BED AND BREAKFAST does NOT provide a kitchen for meal preparation but guests are welcome to help themselves to tea and coffee and a homemade biscuit anytime. A light continental breakfast is served for you in the dining room when you’re ready………. Cereal or homemade muesli, Seasonal fresh or stewed fruit Greek yogurt, milk Toast with butter Homemade jam Vegemite Honey Peanut butter Orange juice Pots of tea or plunger coffee A relaxing lounge/tv room with gas heating is provided for guests. Guest bedrooms, bathroom and lounge/tv room are quite seperate from host’s quarters. Off street parking is available. During your stay Host’s living area is seperate from guest rooms. There can be as much or as little interaction as you like. I will serve a light breakfast at the dining table each morning. Plunger coffee or an endless pot of leaf tea with delicious home made muesli, stewed or seasonal fresh fruit. Toast with real butter, homemade jam or spreads of your choice.
