La Llagonne perched at 1660 m at the crossroads of hiking and mountain biking trails in summer. Located in winter at the crossroads of the ski resorts of Ft-Romeu, P2, Les Angles, St Pierre Eyne and Formigueres. Nordic skiing is in the spotlight with the Col de la Llose, the Quillan 5 minutes away, not to mention the Estagnoles, the Calme. A special feature is the hot springs of St Thomas, Llo and Dorre. The space Geothermal energy and solar panels are the home's energy sources. That's why I ask guests who book to have eco-friendly behavior and attitudes. Please be conscious of the amount of water and power you use. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace. A composter is available in the garden. The living room/dining room: equipped with TV, overlooks the south/southwest facing terrace. Kitchen: equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, tea towels and a pantry. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker is available, an electric kettle as well as a toaster. A Nespresso coffee maker for sunny coffee breaks on the terrace! A mini-oven, an induction cooktop and a microwave, not to mention the essential raclette grill to liven up your evenings! The apartment is not equipped with childcare equipment for the use of children. Nevertheless, board games are available to liven up your evenings. Bedrooms: two 140 beds equipped with duvets and pillows, storage dressers. Linens are provided as well as towels with shower mats. A closet with hangers and shelves is located in the hallway. Bathroom: includes shower, toilet, washing machine and if you forget there is also a hair dryer. Guests agree to strip the beds and throw out the garbage. Cleaning before checkout To respect the premises and facilitate maintenance, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are at your disposal. Selective containers are available further down the street.
