The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort. The space Guests can use all the outdoor property. Big chunk of the property is fenced. Guest access Washer and drier can be shared upon request. Swimming pool is not heated. Additional charge for an ELECTRIC CAR €20 per day. Security camera is installed in the pool area. Other things to note Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00 Check-out: 10:00 Dog’s fee €30 per stay.
