Beautiful Balquhidder Lochs & Mountains

In the beautiful Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, our spacious and comfortable old house on the side of Auchtubh, is surrounded by mountains, lochs and stunning panoramic views. Close to the A84, National Cycle Route 7 and the Rob Roy Way. Balquhidder Glen hosts an 1850's Parish Church and the grave of Rob Roy MacGregor. Mhor84 restaurant is a seven-minute walk from the house, providing an all-day menu. The area is perfect for hillwalking, cycling, paddling, climbing or relaxing :) The space I have two available rooms, but the system will only allow me to show them as separate listings! Both rooms can take 2 guests in a double bed and each room is £85 per night. Both rooms have en-suite shower-rooms, as shown in the photos. I do not have facilities for children/babies. There are no room keys, but the room is your personal space for the duration of your stay. Guest access There is a South-facing sun-lounge, with a stunning 180o view which you are welcome to use. Breakfast is eaten in the kitchen, the oldest part of the house, which has an Aga stove- a warm room whatever the weather! During your stay I will certainly be around and happy to interact if you wish. Other things to note - Should you wish to check in before 1600hrs (4pm) please do contact me prior to arrival - I hate to turn people away! - No cooking facilities available to guests and breakfast is included. - If you wish to eat at our local restaurant, Mhor84, please either book a table directly or let me know and I can make a reservation for you. - There are other pub/restaurants in the villages nearby.
