Perfect base for visiting Bordeaux and its surroundings. Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION. The space 2-room apartment with terrace. Bedroom with velux and open shower room, WITHOUT ANY DOORS even between the bedroom and the living room (except for the toilet of course). Note the staircase in the photos, aesthetic but a little steep. Guest access Self-check-in and checkout if needed thanks to the lockbox. Completely independent entrance. There is a small free parking lot in front of the accommodation and always room on the street. Please do not park in front of the gates except for unloading. Other things to note If I'm available (please ask me before) and you're shopping on the Chronodrive site for the day of your arrival for noon, I'll pick up your order and it will be waiting for you at the apartment, even if it's just the small groceries for breakfast. There is a Nespresso coffee maker and some capsules but if you are a heavy user, you can have your capsules delivered to us a week before your arrival, or get them at the Bordeaux store.
